About EducationPlus
EducationPlus originated from the European professional education exhibition Didacta. Since its establishment in China in 2016, it has always positioned itself as a core focus on cultivating high-quality applied talents. With the support of institutions such as the German Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Action and the German Embassy in China, it has built a two-way cooperation bridge that "brings in overseas resources and enables domestic institutions to go global".
Through international exhibitions, international exchange activities, thematic seminars, skill competitions, professional training, and other forms, resources from global industry associations, leading enterprises, applied technology universities, vocational colleges, and research institutes have been integrated, successfully promoting cooperation between nearly a thousand school-enterprise and inter-school partnerships. Up to now, the exhibition has been held in domestic cities such as Nanjing, Guangzhou, Xi'an, Qingdao, Suzhou, Changsha, Wuxi, and Chengdu, attracting more than 5,000 education experts, enterprise representatives, and teachers and students from colleges and universities from more than 10 countries every year to jointly explore the concepts of vocational education talent cultivation in China and abroad, the paths of new technology empowering education, and the modes of cross-border resource docking. It has become one of the most influential annual events in the field of vocational education.

Every year, it attracts over 40 high-quality German enterprises/institutions to participate in the exhibition, focusing on showcasing cutting-edge technology products and dual-system talent training programs in popular professional fields such as smart manufacturing, artificial intelligence, and biopharmaceuticals. It provides a direct channel for institutions to introduce international advanced teaching models and practical training equipment. At the same time, more than 100 guests from the education sector in Europe, Central Asia, and countries along the Belt and Road exchange ideas on-site, helping institutions build international inter-school cooperation networks and expand overseas learning and research channels for teachers and students.
Industry leaders are intensively connecting to address the pain points of industry-education integration
Focusing on national key industries such as artificial intelligence, smart manufacturing, low-altitude economy, and biopharmaceuticals, we annually invite over 200 industry leaders, including Inspur, Xiaomi, Baidu, Alibaba, Siemens, SAP, Lucas, Hexagon, Bosch Rexroth, Keni, Heidenhain, and Yushu, to participate in exhibitions and conferences. Colleges and universities can negotiate on-site with these enterprises for collaborations such as "jointly building industry colleges" and "training bases", as well as "consortiums and communities", directly integrating industry needs into talent training programs and enhancing students' employment competitiveness.
Diverse activities + practical outcomes, achieving "attendance yields immediate results"
During the exhibition, over 20 specialized seminars will be held simultaneously, covering core concerns of colleges and universities such as the construction of new high-level and high-quality education, innovation in industry-education integration mechanisms, and the cultivation of international high-skilled talents. There will also be multiple skill training sessions, AI+ industry competitions, as well as activities such as school-enterprise signing, alliance establishment, unveiling of practical training bases, and textbook release. Colleges and universities can participate in these activities to solve teaching challenges, showcase cooperation achievements, and enhance their influence in running schools.

In 2026, EducationPlus will mark its milestone as the "10th edition event" and comprehensively upgrade its service capabilities:
Scale upgrade: The exhibition area and the number of exhibiting enterprises/institutions will increase by 30%, covering more specialized vocational education fields.
Resource upgrade: Newly added exhibition areas for vocational education resources tailored to industries such as low-altitude economy and biopharmaceuticals, as well as a dedicated section for overseas applied technology universities.
Service upgrade: Introducing "one-on-one school-enterprise docking service" and "customized international cooperation program service" to precisely match needs.
People's livelihood connection: The newly added "Academic Planning Consultation Area" and "Employment Resource Connection Area" link students' employment needs with corporate recruitment demands, realizing a closed loop of "industry-education-learning-employment".
